The FlashRack™
Planning to the Power of the Team

Using the FlashRack

The FlashRack applies the power of the team to the problem of planning.
  • Job estimates can be put into an Excel spreadsheet.
  • A cover sheet for the job is printed.
  • The length of a stripe shows the time estimate.
  • Packs drop into slots on the FlashRack.
  • The team works out the best plan.
  • Changes are scanned back into the spreadsheet.
  • You know when work is "due out".
