Who is overloaded?

The FlashRack shows the pending workload on each person on the team.

Here, the Cut Team and the Paint Team are both loaded through Thursday.

The Work Packs overlap each other in the Flash Rack, so the two small jobs to be cut add up to the same time as the longer paint job.

With our patented barcode technology the status of the FlashRack can be scanned directly into the business systems.

If the Work Pack is still there on the FlashRack, then it has not been started.
